Removing links above guestbook
Sorry if anybody else already asked this question and I'm doing it again. But I'd like to remove the links above the guestbook (sign - view entries - admin).
I already imported the entries from my former guestbook into SignMe. You can find my temporary SignMe-guestbook on http://www.theravet.de/test.html (embedded in an iframe).
I'd like to use my own links for signing and viewing entries (links "Gästebuch" and "ins Gästebuch eintragen") as in my former guestbook (which is cr*p!!!).

Made the signer's website link work with an icon! :-D *being-proud-of-myself*
Can I separate the signer's name and his email address as well?
And another question: is it possible to add another field to the guestbook? E.g. "City"?
