I had to clean the boards due to massive spam. Actually i deleted everything /-one after 1st Oct 2008. It was the only way to get this spam out of the boards. So i'm sorry for all serious users who registered/posted meanwhile.

Radio buttons - multiple selection
First - many thanks for a really useful script.
Secondly - is there a way of allowing multiple selections of radio buttons and notifying submitter if no selection has been made.

Radio buttons are not set up to have multiple selections. A radio button is an either/or case. What you want to do is a checkbox for multiple selections. However, I'm not sure if the ContactForm is set up to utilize checkboxes. Perhaps that is something that can be integrated, though.
