Well, I'm facing some issue's in ContactForm and I hope to get an answer for my issue's because I'm using my mother language not English, so I'm facing some issue's

Can anyone explain to me what this line mean:

$fields[] = array("1Name", "2name", "3line", "4", "5*", "Please enter a name");

Because I'm trying translate the script into my language and I faced a lot of issue's because of that, I want to change the language of these words:
