FormPro 1.0
FormPro lets you easily create sophisticated forms with a various number of field types. The form submits its data to an email specified in the config section of the script. Each field can be mandatory and then puts out predefined error messages if no value is specified/entered.Demo: see below.

The script best runs in a Unix/Apache/PHP (PHP >= 5 !) environment. Not tested on Windows. - FORM FIELDS
The form template is save in a XML file. You can easily set up the fields by editing the form.xml file, which contains all form fields like:

FormPro costs 7.00€ (about 9.00 USD, depending on the exchange rates). Use PayPal BuyNow button (top-right corner) to purchase it. In case that you don't have PayPal use the bank account details and send CHF 13.00 (swiss francs!) to my bank account. Don't forget to email me that you did a payment by bank transfer!
- DELIVERY
Script is sent by email immediately after successful payment. The script is attached as zip file to the email you're sent. If you don't get the file please contact me by email and don't forget to provide the necessary info like PayPal address and transaction ID.
